The Fruits of Balance
Balance is like fresh fruit, if you don’t use it, it will go bad. Uneven lies, weight shift mechanics, and a dynamic golf swing all depend on good balance.
Physically, the body uses three main systems for balance:
- Visual Information.
- Inner Ear Conditions.
- Proprioception (the nervous system’s feedback of spacial awareness. . . telling us where our body is in space).
Like everything in golf, it takes practice to improve. Commit to working on your balance and you will enjoy many fruits of your labor.
