Maintaining correct posture at the impact position is a challenging endeavor. Most of us struggle with this swing mechanic.
Focusing on “keeping the head down” can often be misleading. The lower spine and pelvis are equally influential in the loss of posture as the upper spine.
Incorporate drills for the lower body and hip position to improve consistency and ball striking. The impact posture will improve leading to an increase in solid ball contact. Enjoy the extra consistency and power!
