Here’s a simple way to remember how to managing stress on (and off) the course: (Warning: Not “G-rated”)
- Focus on what you can personally control.
- Unplug from the stressors and negative self-talk.
- Commit to deep breaths and remain neutral or positive.
- Keep persisting through the tough times.
