Tricep Golf Stretch
Tricep Golf Stretch increases shoulder turn and flexibility for a quality backswing.
Begin in golf posture. Take the left arm (lead arm) to the back swing position. Use the right hand (trail arm) to gently stretch and add leverage to deepen the back swing position while maintaining proper golf posture. Hold for 5-10 breaths and repeat on the other side.
*Avoid or modify if there is a shoulder, neck or back injury.
