Side Bend for Efficiency

Side bends like Crescent Moon are great for lengthening and strengthening the side of the abdominals. This promotes a better turn for both the backswing and downswing while leading to better posture, consistency and power.
While standing, raise your arms overhead. Engage the core muscles and remain facing forward while slowly bending to the side.
(*Avoid if there is a shoulder, neck, ribs or back injury)
