Savor Less Sunlight
Although the daylight is getting shorter, we can still keep our game sharp with quality repetition. Here are a few after-dark drills to improve your golf game:
- Putt indoors.
- Slow-motion golf swings.
- Golf specific stretching and fitness. (see below)
- Improve concentration skills by practicing meditation.
- Play night golf.
- Revisit and update golf goals and game plans.
When our daylight returns, our game will be ready to shine for all seasons.
