Revolved Golf Warrior is a classic golf stretch, balance and strengthening posture for improving power in the golf swing. To make it more challenging, slowly add trunk rotation while holding the lower body steady.
Revolved Golf Posture Stretch is a great addition to pre-round warm-ups. It can also serve as a technical drill to maintain correct posture and spine angle throughout the golf swing leading to more solid ball contact. If the spine allows, slowly rotate to the follow-through side while maintaining golf posture. Repeat 5-10 times.
