Whether it’s a long car ride or an uncomfortable flight, travel and other posture-slumping activities can negatively impact our swing.
Use this basic shoulder stretch (pictured above and modified stretch below) to counterbalance rounded shoulders and improve posture. A lengthened spine creates the conditions in the setup position for more consistency and power throughout the swing.
