Drill #1: In a mirror, check your set-up position. How is your grip, alignment, posture, weight distribution? These fundamentals are significantly vital to all levels of golfers.
Drill #2: For five minutes, make a practice swing with or without a club, standing on one leg. Alternate between the right and the left leg. Can you finish in balance?*Avoid or modify if there is an injury.
