Golf Fitness 101

Although the golf swing is mainly a rotationally dominated movement, side-bends can greatly assist in improving backswing mobility.
Improved mobility in the spine leads to a greater shoulder turn and “coil” resulting in more distance. Who doesn’t want to hit it farther?!
Add this simple side bend to your golf specific workout routine.
