Discipline: Do You Have What It Takes?
You take a lesson. You understand the corrections you have to make. Now, THE REAL WORK BEGINS. After a lesson, YOU MUST PRACTICE EFFECTIVELY if you want the improvement to happen.
What use is good instruction if you don’t practice it?
- TODAY MATTERS. What can you do today to make yourself better for the future?
- HOW YOU PRACTICE CREATES ENGRAINED HABITS. Random swing thoughts lead to random results. Establish a SINGLE PRACTICE FOCUS with ACCURATE FEEDBACK (i.e. ball flight, ball-to-ground contact, alignment aid, etc.) to gauge your success.
- GET COMFORTABLE WITH BEING UNCOMFORTABLE. New motions feel strange. . .and the old, “comfortable” motions are certainty incorrect. Trust your course of action. Be less “search and rescue” and more PROCESS FOCUSED.
No one else can practice for you you. Only you can transform your game through quality repetition. Get started TODAY.
