Consistent Power

Consistency and power are the two most requested improvements in golf. Correct mechanics allow for both more clubhead speed and repeatability. Usually, there are patterns of technical inefficiency within every golfer’s swing. Avoid the following common mechanical breakdowns:
- Incorrect downswing sequence. (e.g., starting the downswing with the arms rather than the lower body)
- Too much grip pressure.
- Loss of balance in the followthrough.
- Too much weight remaining on the back/right leg after impact.
- Clubface and path relationship at impact misaligned.
There are plenty more swing issues that can interfere with power and consistency. If only it were this simple!
