Mind Challenge
“If you really want to be free, if you want to become a master, if you want to know who you are, it’s impossible until you control your emotions and mind.” -RamakrishnaCultivating mental and emotional equanimity both on and off the golf course is hard! It takes practice, practice and more practice (and then we must detach from the “fruits of our practice”). In other words, we must practice our rear ends off and then let go of the outcome and results. This is even more difficult! Do this exercise to help calm the stormy mind:
30 Day Challenge:. Every day, write down 3 instances that you controlled your emotions, especially on the golf course. (For example, you were going to react one way, and you stopped and chose a different way of being).
