Strong legs and glutes are important for improving power, proper downswing sequencing, maintaining golf posture through impact and much more. Add Extended Bridge Pose (left) to your golf fitness workout and enjoy your extra yardage. . .(and toned ‘tooshie’).
Hold for 5-10 deep breaths on each side.
