“With an ungrounded awareness, we can become skillful at the ways we are unskillful.” -Rev. Daijaku Kinst (Co-founder of Ocean Gate Zendo, Capitola, CA.) Awareness Alert: Every moment on the golf course, and in life, is an opportunity to pay attention. Can you stay fully present through your senses for the entire shot process? What are other personal awareness patterns? Are they healthy or not? How do they affect your game? How do they affect your playing partners? With the practice of awareness, the golf experience becomes more vivid and clear. We develop the skills to take our game to the next level and access our unlimited potential. More to come… |
