Add this simple, yet multi-tasking posture to your golf fitness workout.Begin standing. Shift all the weight to the left foot while lifting the right knee directly in front to 90 degrees. Extend the club to shoulder height while keeping the shoulders back and down away from the ears. Slowly rotate the upper body towards the bent knee. Hold for 5-10 deep breaths and repeat on the other side.
