Yikes! I think my broken phone did this last month? It is said that we have 60,000-80,000 thoughts a day, and 80-90% of them are the same thoughts as yesterday. Most aren’t even intentional. Add golf to the mix, and expect the number to at least triple! How about during the 4-9 seconds over a golf shot, how many thoughts do you have? If Practice! Practice! Practice! Similar to the process we take with our technical swing changes, we train our I’m sure my broken pedometer switched to a “thought-o-meter” count when I dropped and shattered the screen (thank you Daisy May), but what if I could cut the number in half?
