Improve Rotational Power with this Shoulder Turn Stretch

Rotational power refers to the ability to generate speed and force through rotational movements. It allows golfers to unleash the energy stored in their bodies and transfer it into the clubhead, resulting in longer drives and more consistent shots.
A flexible spine enables golfers to rotate their upper body smoothly and efficiently, enhancing their range of motion and allowing for a more complete shoulder turn. This flexibility reduces the risk of injury and facilitates a fluid motion.
Use this drill as your “one-hit-wonder.” If you’re short on time, rushing to the first tee, or simply need to practice maintaining the spine angle/posture throughout the swing, this is your go-to stretch.
*Modify or avoid if there is an injury.
