Boat Pose (Navasana) for Core Strength
Essential for maintaining proper golf posture throughout the entire golf swing, a strong core will improve ball contact, consistency and power.
Begin seated. Bend the knees and bring them towards the chest. Hold the legs with the arms. Carefully balance on your sit bones. Breathe deeply and hold for 30-60 seconds. For more intensity, extend and release the legs (pictured above).
