We frequently encounter frustration when we don’t gain the expected results from our practice habits. In general, most amateurs do not put in enough time and work to warrant their expectation.
In addition to managing expectations, it’s equally important to continuously check HOW we are practicing. Quality repetition, with accurate feedback, is the secret to learning a new skill. We are instructed to practice for a very long time, uninterrupted, with earnest devotion. This accelerates the benefits of our practice and cultivates a positive routine to launch our game to the next level.
