Balance is an essential component for creating effortless power and consistency. Add this drill to your practice sessions and/or during your warm-up routine to improve your balance.
While remaining in complete balance throughout the entire swing,
- Hit 3 shots with your FEET TOGETHER.
- Hit 3 shots with your RIGHT/BACK foot only.
- Hit 3 shots with your LEFT/FRONT foot only.
- Hit 3 shots with your EYES CLOSED.
